This section offers downloadable copies of the latest available abstracts which have been submitted by speakers to the meeting, for its consideration and use. All materials that appear in this section are covered by author's copyright unless this has been transferred to the OECD or Environment Canada.
To obtain a copy of the full paper prior to the meeting (print copies will be made available to all participants at the time of the conference), provision is being made for downloading as they are obtained (further details on this to follow).
Participants and others are invited to make comments, challenge authors, etc. These can either be directed directly to the author via email or, alternatively, may be shared with the meeting as a whole via the E-Forum section (which functions as the living depository of ideas and opinions as the conference proceeds). We ask those who offer their ideas and critical remarks to provide full contact information, including their institutional affiliation and, where available, email or fax addresses, so that others can address them in turn. Only signed comments will be posted.
