Mr. Dessus is head of the ECOTECH Programme of the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) in France. He also serves as Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Advisory Panel of the French Fund for Global Environment (FFEM). Dr. Dessus specializes in analysis of energy end use and demand, renewable energies, energy forecasting models and energy and environment research programming and management. He has authored numerous publications.
