@AB2010 Archives of past reports, presentations, references: The AB2010 regional accessibility forum was created in 1996 for the purposes of ensuring several main things about ITS developments in the greater Bilbao region: First, the various systems and deployments being made under this broad heading are developed on a coordinated basis from a broad regional perspective (rather than brought on line as independent, ad hoc, and almost assuredly sub-optimal implementations). And second, they are planned and implemented not as "interesting technologies" but as instruments that can help the Bilbao region move in steady and rapid steps toward a more sustainable transportation system and a more sustainable way of life.

This is the section of the site where past materials, reports, presentations and meeting documents produced since the @AB2010 program was first inaugurated are kept by way of handy reference for the members of the Forum.

The Library

A number of these materials will be posted in the electronic Library which has been set up in support of the program. These contents will usually be stored there in the form of Microsoft Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, or alternative media files (audio, video, Webcasts). If you are not sure about the software needed to access these materials, you are referred to the Tool Box link to your left. If that is not sufficient, you are invited to contact the Technical Secretariat directly and we will do our best to help you do this.

The Links/Media

This portion of the site is also directly accessible from the menu, and it is there where you will be able to link directly to programs, documents, presentations, etc., which the group has found to be of especial interest. Your nominations for additional sites and references can be made either by email to the secretariat or posted directly to the section by yourself.
