The AB2010 Forum has been created for the purposes of ensuring two main things about ITS developments in the greater Bilbao region: First, that the various systems and deployments which are made under this broad heading are developed on a coordinated basis from a broad regional perspective (rather than independent, ad hoc, and almost assuredly sub-optimal). And second, that they are planned and implemented not as "interesting technologies" but rather as instruments that can help the Bilbao region move in steady and rapid steps toward a more sustainable transportation system and a more sustainable way of life.

Fast Track Survival Strategy

Here is a quick five step survival strategy we suggest for the very busy who nonetheless wish to follow the AB2010 project over the coming year. (And, short as it is, we still advise that you print it out so that those are nice easy steps, not mental chess.)

REGISTER: Register as per the simple, quick routines set out under Sign-In.
MODIFY SUBSCRIPTION: Click G1 Forum on the Menu to your left, and once there then click "Modify Subscription" button. There you then set "Delivery Mode' to: "Read it on the Web only", and then click the "Apply Changes" button. (And while you're at it, make sure too that you are set to HTML for your receive mode: which means you will be able to link directly from all Plato email.)
SET DEFAULT SETTINGS:: Next go to "My Space" (up top, dark red), and once there click "User Info". From there scroll down to "Default Settings [Edit]", which you then click. There you then set "Reminders" to "Yes" (and while you're there make sure that your profile is visible to the others, that you can receive your communications in handy HTML form, and that the Table Size shows 50 rows per page).
