The following is proposed as in interim "discussion space" until such time that we have set up something that is more interactive and inclusive. Here is how it works: as comments and suggestions come in over the net, we will occasionally ask the authors if we can share them more generally. In such cases, shorter letters and pieces can be for the time being directly accessed here. Longer papers, reports, etc. can be hot-linked to and accessed through the Einstein ftp site at ftp.the-commons.org/pub/.
