| 1. New Mobility Exhibition |
The exhibition will be held in the Grimaldi Forum's Espace Ravel, a 4,000 m² area at the heart of the Conference Centre, looking out onto the Mediterranean Sea. The exhibition will welcome firms and organizations, public and private sector, who are actively involved in promoting and advancing the New Mobility Agenda. The basic stand measuring a minimum of 9m² contains the following equipment and services:
- Anodic aluminium sections
- Panels with melamine coating on 3 sides (colour: Maple)

A) Vehicles
Are accepted on the booths and on the "Ride and Drive":
- Electric, hybrid, or fuel cell vehicles,
- Vehicles with gas, GNV, GPL,
- Vehicles functioning with biofuel with a minimum of 30% of mixture in captive fleet (the particular cases could be studied),
- Vehicles carburising with hydrogen,
- Vehicles presenting, in their mode of propulsion or general operation, a real ecological interest.
The organizer alone, will make the decision to accept or not the candidature according to his appreciation.
In addition, the exhibitors presenting on their stand a minimum of two vehicles corresponding to definitions here above, will be authorized to present only one thermal vehicle whose emissions of CO2 are under the threshold of 120 gr. per kilometre.However this vehicle will not have access to the "Ride and Drive".
B) Equipment, accessories, services :
Accepted on the show, all products having a direct or indirect link with the topic of the exhibition, New Mobility in all its parts.

| 6. Participants' Fees and Other Charges |
Price per square metre: 290 Euros before tax. Minimum surface area: 9m2
Vehicles on show
- On the stand: the area occupied by vehicles must not exceed 40% of the stand’s total surface area.
- On the Ride & Drive: no additional charge.
VAT at 19.6% will be applied to the prices indicated.
Exhibitors will be able to claim this VAT back (details on how to do so are found in the Exhibitor Manual - « II Practical Information » art. 2.8 « Taxes & Duties »).

Within the framework of the exhibition EVER Monaco, you will have the opportunity:
- To provide vehicles for the “EVER Monaco Parade”, organized by AMAVE
- To hold a press conference within the Grimaldi Forum
| 8. Registration and Terms of Payment |
Applications for admission and stand allocations will be determined in chronological order of registration. An Application Form must be completed in order to register. In registering for this exhibition, the exhibitor acknowledges that he has read these regulations as well as the practical and technical information. Once the original order forms have been duly completed and signed, they must either be sent by fax or mail to: MITI - 3 Rue Malbousquet - 98000 MONACO - Tel.: +377 93 50 13 44 / Fax: +377 93 50 13 45. Conditions and reservations specified during registration cannot be taken into account. Requests for specific locations will be taken into account as far as possible but they cannot be deemed an essential requirement for participation.Registration is binding upon the participant.
Registration before 15th January 2007 : applications will only be registered once the original Application Form has been received by MITI together with a deposit, by wire transfer, amounting to 50% of the total cost including tax of the exhibitor’s participation.
The balance, corresponding to 50% of the total cost including tax of the participation, must be paid by wire transfer by 16th January 2006 at the latest.
Registration after 15th January 2007 : applications will only be registered once the original Application Form has been received by MITI together with a deposit, by wire transfer, amounting to 100% of the total cost including tax of the exhibitor’s participation.

| 9. Conditions of Cancellation or Non-Participation |
Should an exhibitor decide to cancel his participation, the refund terms will be as follows:
- For any cancellation before 01/12/06: refund of 50% of the amount received.
- For any cancellation between 02/12/06 and 15/01/07 : refund of 30% of the amount received.
- For any cancellation after 15/01/07 : refund of 50% of the amount received, the organiser will be entitled to keep all amounts already paid.
10. BOOTH CONSTRUCTION
Tuesday 27th March, 2007 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Wednesday 28th March, 2007 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
11. EXHIBITORS’ SET UP
Exhibitors will be able to set up their stands between 8am and 8pm on Wednesday 28th March 2007.
12. STAND OCCUPANCY
With the exception of any special arrangements made with respect to grouping the exhibitors of each country under the aegis of a national authority or association, any exhibitor wishing to house a legally separate "guest" company on his stand must ask the organiser for authorisation to do so and pay an additional fee of 2610 euros before tax.
On the stand: the area occupied by vehicles must not exceed 40% of the stand’s total surface area.
13. DISMANTLING OF STANDS
Exhibitors, together with their vehicles and equipment, will vacate the premises between 6pm and 10pm on Sunday 2nd April whilst stands and structures can be dismantled between 8am and 8pm on Monday 2th April 2007. All equipment and decorations will have to be removed from the stands by 8pm on Wednesday 6th April.
14. EXHIBITION ADVERTISING
Product presentation and distribution of advertising material is strictly limited to the stand perimeter and forbidden in the aisles and other areas of Grimaldi Forum. As far as external advertising is concerned, it would be advisable to send us a special partnership request. MITI may ban the distribution of any advertising material liable to cause dispute and confiscate it for the duration of the event. Advertising material and presentations using visual, audio or mobile aids are tolerated provided that they do not interfere with the other exhibitors’ activity and with the broadcasting of messages in the exhibition hall. MITI will have the right to call any offender to order. It is necessary to ask the relevant department (SACEM) for authorisation to use reproductions of musical works.
15. TEST DRIVES
Test drives will take place in the designated areas (Ride & Drive) and not in the aisles of the exhibition area. Only vehicles belonging to companies who are duly registered exhibitors will be allowed on the various Ride & Drive sites.
Exhibitors will have the choice of two sites :
Approved road vehicles
Bicycles and scooters
16. CUSTOMS
Each exhibitor is responsible for fulfilling the customs formalities for equipment and products imported from overseas. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise during the fulfilment of these formalities or for the consequences of any omission with respect thereto.
17. INSURANCE
A) Third Party Insurance Certificates for Exhibitors
In addition to the standard terms, Third Party Insurance Certificates for Exhibitors (issued by an Insurance company and not by Agents or Brokers acting as intermediaries) will have to include : the name and address of the Insurance company’s head office, the name and address of the Insured, the number of the insurance policy and the period of insurance, the type of activity covered, including participation in this Exhibition in the Principality of Monaco. The insurance company’s limit of coverage under this policy, all damage taken into account. The insurance company’s official stamp and signature as well as the date on which the certificate was issued. In accordance with the Grimaldi Forum’s terms of sale, the certificate should mention that both the exhibitor and his insurers waive all claims against the Grimaldi Forum, venue of the exhibition.
B) Third Party Insurance Certificates for the Driving of Vehicles
Exhibitors planning to make their vehicles available for test drives, even on closed roads, should also produce an insurance certificate covering the risks involved in these vehicles being driven on public and/or closed roads.
C) Property damage insurance
The exhibitors will be obliged to take out an insurance policy covering damage to their property as well as to property entrusted to them. The policy should also mention the claim waiver not only with respect to the Grimaldi Forum, venue of the exhibition, but also its insurers.
D) Insurance Clauses
Exhibitors must send their Third Party Insurance Certificate(s) to MITI by Wednesday 15th March 2007 at the latest. Exhibitors are released from having to insure themselves against liability for fire, explosion and water damage for which they could be liable towards the Owner of the buildings as well as the Grimaldi Forum’s development company. In return, the exhibitors waive all claims against the Event Organiser as well as against the Owner of the buildings, the Grimaldi Forum’s development company and their Insurers in the event that their property is damaged in any way. Should the exhibitor take out an insurance policy to cover damage to his property, he undertakes to show the above-mentioned clause to his Insurance company who will also have to waive all claims and have this clause mentioned in the policy. As the risk of the Event being cancelled, for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, is not covered by the latter, it is up to any exhibitor who so wishes to take out insurance covering this risk with an insurance company of his choice.
18. CATALOGUE
The organisers reserve the exclusive right to publish a catalogue on the exhibition. Each exhibitor will appear in the catalogue free of charge. The information required for this catalogue will be supplied by the exhibitors under their own responsibility and the organisers shall not accept responsibility for any errors that might appear. This information should be given to the organisers before 15th March 2007.
19. DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, Monegasque legislative and statutory texts as well as practices will prevail and only the courts of the Principality of Monaco will entertain jurisdiction.
