H.A. Clarke is Assistant Deputy Minister with the Environmental Protection Service of Environment Canada. At Environment Canada, he has also held posts as Assistant Deputy Minister of the Conservation and Protection Service and Director General of the Canadian Wildlife Service and Environmental Protection. Mr. Clarke also has experience in Crown land and water resources management, developing policies and delivering programs to increase social and economic benefits for Ontario, as well as experience with central agencies in the Ontario Government dealing with broad environmental policy issues. He also has ten years of field experience with the Ontario Water Resources Commission dealing with policy and technology aspects of reducing industrial pollution to receiving water bodies.
