Mr. Schrade is head of the Transportation Section in the Federal Office of Environment, Forests and Landscape in Bern, Switzerland. He is co-author of Commentary on the Swiss Federal Law Relating to the Protection of the Environment. Mr. Schrade’s research interests include environmentally sustainable transport. He also served as head of the Coordination Office for Environment Protection of the Canton of Basle-City in Switzerland and legal advisor to the Federal Office of Environment, Forests and Landscape in Bern.
