Mr. Stewart is Vice-President, Policy and Research at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. He holds the degrees fo Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia. His carreer has included work as a municipal planner, positions in policy and research at CMHC and program evaluation at the federal Department of Communications.
