Mr. Fast is Executive Director of the Environmental Protection Department in British Columbia Environment Lands and Parks, where a five year action plan has been implemented with emphasis on pollution prevention and partnerships. With training in environment studies and chemical engineering, Mr. Fast has 25 years of management experience in provincial ministries of the environment in Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
