Mr. Lafuente is Director General of the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Works in Spain. He is a leading figure in Hispanic countries in the areas of transport and the environment. Mr. Lafuente has been directly responsible for creating and continuing the Ciudades Accessibles program since its inception in 1992.
