Mr. Ellwanger is Environment Officer and Director of the High Speed Division for the International Union of Railways its headquarters in Paris. He held positions with the German Federal Railways, and as Head of the Transport and Corporate Policy Department at the “Zentrale der DB” in Frankfurt. Dr. Ellwanger holds a degree in civil engineering and a doctoral from the University of Darmstadt.
