Mr. Hartman is a transportation specialist of over 25 years standing, and Director of Transportation Forums at the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC). He is Permanent Secretary of the TAC-sponsored Urban Transportation Council, which produced TAC’s New Vision for Urban Transportation. Mr. Hartman is also a member of the Forum on Energy and Transportation, sponsored by Canada’s National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy, and Past Director and President of the Western Transportation Advisory Council in Vancouver. He is a registered Professional Engineer.
