Mr. MacKenzie is Senior Associate in the Climate, Energy, Pollution Program at World Resources Institute based in Washington, DC Dr. MacKenzie is co-author of Car Trouble, a book on the impacts of cars on the American scene, and author of Keys to the Car: Electric and Hydrogen Vehicles for the 21st Century. He has also served as Senior Scientist at the Union of Concerned Scientists where he worked on nuclear safety, renewable energy and energy conservation.
