Mr. Guerra is a chemist, writer and commentator, as well as creator of the radio program ECOCIDIO, the first program about the environment and ecology. It is aired on Radio RED, which has the largest audience in Mexico. Mr. Guerra now holds the position of Marketing Director in Merck Mexico. He is a member of the Technical Council of the Federal Public Prosecutor of Environmental Protection of Mexico, and Advisor for the Quality of Air, as well as Advisor to the Promotional Council for Sustainable Development with a seat in Geneva, Switzerland.
