Mr. Kroon is Senior Policy Advisor on Transport and the Environment at the Noise and Traffic Directorate in Holland’s Ministry of the Environment. His work involves the integration of transport and environmental policy, influencing mobility behaviour and car use, reducing performance, power and speed of vehicles and international transport and environmental policy development. He has devoted his career to environmental matters, including work as a senior policy advisor in charge of toxic chemicals legislation and policy development, biotechnology and pesticides.
