Mr. Irwin was a founding principal of IBI Group, which provides consulting services in transportation, computer/communications systems, urban/regional development and economics, and related urban design, environmental and public consultation services. Mr. Irwin has led a wide variety of policy, planning and project/action assignments on all aspects of urban and interurban passenger and goods transportation, strategic planning and development of urban areas, and initiatives to achieve more sustainable transportation and development. He has written and spoken widely, and is the author of over 80 published papers in these fields.
