Mr. Neville has extensive experience in all modes of transportation as an executive and consultant for both the private and public sectors. Much of his recent work has been in the sustainable transportation field. Last year, he was lead consultant for two studies commissioned by the Ontario Round Table for Environment and Economy (ORTEE) in support of the Transportation and Climate Change Collaborative. The reports on the studies were: Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from the Ontario Automotive Sector, and A Working Paper on policy Instruments for Reducing CO2 Emissions from the Transportation Sector in Ontario.
