  • Conditions of corporate/group subscription

Because of the nature of their wide-spread operations and general economics, we have taken the decision that single copy subscriptions of this latest project of the New Mobility Agenda will not be available to the major corporate suppliers, projects of larger consulting or financial groups, and fully funded public agencies, but only to individual subscribers, small local teams, university programs and public interest groups for their limited and strictly internal use (and who agree to sign our non-disclosure, limited-use agreement).

The corporate/group rate covers unlimited internal distribution of the report (again, under the conditions of the confidentiality agreement, see below) and the full 2008 service and support package, at the following rates depending on the date that the order is placed:

    • For orders received before 15 Oct. 2008: €4,750 (or US$ 6,250.00)
    • From 15 Oct.2008 on: €9,500 (or US$ 13,500.00)

    Full Service Package:

    Corporate subscribers receive the following:

Confidentiality agreement: (To be signed by Executive Contact in all cases)
At the time of placing their order, the subscriber undertakes to ensure in writing and in good faith that the Briefs will be strictly reserved for the internal uses of their organization and will not be photocopied or made available in any form to persons not in the direct employ of their institution. It is understood of course that they will make and distribute copies as needed for their internal working purposes.

Your city clients, marketing contacts: We will be pleased to make available singed copies of the latest edition of the report to your clients and marketing contacts at a fifty percent reduction on the current individual subscriber costs. If you wish, the reports thus ordered can be marked to show that they have been supplied in your behalf.

    Level playing field:
It is not the purpose of this project or our organization to favor the work or capacities of any one supplier. Our clients, our intended beneficiaries, are the cities and the public agencies who need to be informed in this concise independent form about how city bikes work and how they can be best brought into service in their city. On the other hand we are pleased to be on good collegial terms with all the contending suppliers who are in our view vital to the future of this terrific new mobility sector.

    Acknowledgments:
This report is funded entirely through subscriptions. We are proud to be able to cite the names of the cities and organizations who have come in both to use and to support this continuing program. We will be pleased to site the name of all subscribers in the Acknowledgments section, if they chose to be thus identified.
