Other CFD Media Coverage

This is a new section of @World CarFree, which we open with two video clips from the first CFD in France. Both these first video items require RealMedia. (You can download it directly and freely here following the indicated just slightly tricky instructions.)

And they are of course in French.

(This is a five minute newscast from one of France's major public television stations covering the first car free day in Paris. Ironic, but pretty fair and quite useful.)
France 2 News: Les villes de France sans voiture
(As above but provides national coverage by the same TV station.)

An Invitation to Participate

We hope that you will help us in expanding this very useful section in the weeks ahead. Help us to make it more and better.

Probably the handiest way to do this, assuming that you already have these materials on line somewhere, will be to send us the full link address, together with a line or two which describes what exactly it involves. In this way, people can decide in advance whether or not they want to have a look (or a hear) before downloading. We thank you for sharing in the name of all who come here.
