A quick word on the tools that you will find here that are specific to a given site or program. Typically -- let's take the @World CarShare Consortium as an example -- each specialized program offers both the full range of global tools (Navigation, Translation, Help, Reference Shelf, Software, etc.) and in addition has its own tailored toolkit. The latter include a full suite of dedicated @World Forum utilities (Library, Media, Message centers, etc.), as well as a Search engine which is specifically focused on both the internal content of the program, as well as aimed to provide useful coverage of a certain number of high quality Web sites and discussion fora covering the focus issues.
