Vancouver Public Bikes Start-Up Clock:

This region-wide team project is being scoped, planned and implemented on an extremely tight schedule. The objective is to have a fully prepared, full scale, freewheeling city bike implementation on the streets of Vancouver and ready to roll by 1 June 2009. This being what is required if the system is to be fully tested, debugged and adjusted for maximum sure-fire performance by the time the Olympic Flame is lit on 12 February 2010.
