Learning from Experience

This is not the first time that anyone on this small planet has set out to do a car free day. With this in view, in laying the base for ECFD 2001 we have given careful attention to learning these Lessons of the Past. The Challenge and Strategy

This section attempts to spell out both the main challenges faced and the approach and structure which we propose to put in place in the run-up to the second ECFD. These are intended to give you an idea of what we need to accomplish in order to stimulate and support the specific projects and activities which will constitute the heart, the main achievement of the Day.
